I, Claire Thomas, retain full copyright on all artwork produced using clients photographs, including drafts and prints. I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork on my social media pages, website and any galleries and use artwork for my own promotional and business use. Should a client wish for their commissioned portrait not to be shown publicly or online, during or after completion, it must be stipulated and discussed before any works commence.
The client must own the rights or have permission to use the photos of the subject.
No permission is given by Claire Thomas in relation to the reproduction of any images on this website or any commissioned artwork.
